Quick Note

Outside some of personal statements this panel is making, I honestly hope that Congress is listening here. Everyone who hears this stuff should be outraged.

Their message on this part is dead on. It's not VA's fault in my opinion, they are asked to do more with essentially limited resources. Everyone of these people now talking needs and deserves help.

And Jenn Hogg, Not the "Jen" of poisoned cigarette fame is very nice. Most of them are nice. She came to talk to me "to distract you from blogging." When I told her I agreed with this panel, she said, "OK then, back to blogging." Then she noted that all of us should find common ground and move forward from there. I agree. Absolutely. And hope we can.

So far, no 1971 type stories. No rapes, no iraqi ear necklaces. One child killed clearly accidentally, and the Iraqi soldiers spray and pray. Not a lot to go on.

Sorry if this is boring. And stream of consciousness here at times, so if it makes no sense, blame my 40 wpm typing.

No chopping off people's fingers for smoking? No burning a family alive in their house? No suicide bombs in a mosque? No extortion? Oh wait that's the enemy.
